Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of guided fishing services by GSLL Corp, Inc.  doing business Gregor-guide-service.com ("Guide," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking, paying for, or participating in any guided fishing trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Fishing License Requirement

All participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid California fishing license and any required stamps, permits, or validations before the trip begins, unless otherwise exempt under California law.

  • Clients must carry their fishing license while participating in the guided trip. 
  • Failure to possess a valid license may result in exclusion from fishing activities without refund. 
  • The Guide is not responsible for fines, penalties, or citations resulting from a client's failure to comply with applicable fishing regulations. 

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any guided fishing trip. 
  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted. 
  • Accepted payment methods include: [List Accepted Payment Methods]. 
  • Any additional fees, taxes, or charges will be disclosed at the time of booking. 

3. Waiver and Release of Liability Requirement

All participants must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in any guided fishing trip.

  • Participants who refuse or fail to sign the required waiver will not be permitted to participate. 
  • No refund will be issued if participation is denied due to failure to execute the required waiver. 
  • For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on the minor's behalf. 

4. Assumption of Risk

Fishing and outdoor recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, and falls; 
  • Drowning or water-related injuries; 
  • Exposure to weather conditions; 
  • Encounters with wildlife; 
  • Injuries from fishing equipment, hooks, knives, or boats; 
  • Equipment malfunction; and 
  • Acts of other participants. 

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Clients agree to:

  • Follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; 
  • Comply with all California fishing regulations; 
  • Follow all instructions and safety directives provided by the Guide; 
  • Conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. 

The Guide reserves the right to terminate a trip or remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive. No refund will be provided under such circumstances.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled trip may receive a refund or rescheduling option at the Guide's discretion. 
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled trip may forfeit all or part of the payment. 

Guide Cancellations

The Guide reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions; 
  • Water conditions; 
  • Equipment failure; 
  • Government closures or restrictions; 
  • Emergencies or circumstances beyond the Guide's control. 

In such cases, clients may be offered a rescheduled date or refund, at the Guide's discretion.

7. Health and Physical Condition

Clients represent that they are physically capable of participating in the fishing trip and have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect their safety or the safety of others.

The Guide is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for their own personal property and equipment.

The Guide is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including fishing equipment, cameras, phones, vehicles, or other personal items.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Guide shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, expense, or claim arising out of or related to participation in guided fishing activities, except where caused by the Guide's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Any liability of the Guide shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the applicable trip.

10. Photography and Media Release 

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Client grants permission to the Guide to photograph or record images during the trip and use such images for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the county where the Guide's principal place of business is located.

12. Acknowledgment

By booking, paying for, or participating in a guided fishing trip, the Client acknowledges that they:

  1. Have read and understand these Terms and Conditions; 
  2. Possess a valid California fishing license when required by law; 
  3. Agree to pay all fees prior to service; 
  4. Agree to sign the required Waiver and Release of Liability; and 
  5. Voluntarily accept all terms contained herein.
